Phys Ed

Our Healthy Active Living courses emphasize regular participation in a variety of enjoyable physical activities that promote lifelong healthy living. Due to our school size, we have two sections of Phys Ed:  co-ed junior and senior classes.  At both levels, students are introduced to a variety of recreational skills, both indoors and outdoors.  As a senior, the student has the opportunity to participate in off campus activities such as bowling, golf, biking, swimming, racquetball, tennis and weight training.
