Math
UMEI Christian High School teaches Ministry of Education Math courses. Courses are taught at both the applied and academic levels, opening doors for further study at the college and university levels. There are many opportunities to explore math outside the classroom, and students find creative ways to connect mathematics with their personal life.
On November 11, Grade 10 and 11 Academic Math students participated in a Math Fair. Each group of students prepared a presentation and display based on a real-world math problem relating to the curriculum covered. The results were impressive! Check out some photos in the photo gallery below.
